Job Opening: Law Office Manager/ Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our office and provide support to our attorneys. The ideal candidate will have:

— attention to detail
— excellent writing and editing skills
— strong professional communications skills (phone, email, and in person)
— understanding of technology that runs our practice and creativity to suggest more efficient tech approaches and deployment
— confidence solving problems
— ability to translate requests into responsive deliverables
— sense of humor

This position supports multiple professionals and helps provide the “glue” that keeps our practice organized and efficient. Job duties include:

— Manage the software and technology utilized by our team and suggest efficiencies
— Manage files, documents, contacts, and other records
— Support billing by working with our bookkeeper to help track and categorize expenses
— Provide scheduling and administrative support as needed by our attorneys
— Help coordinate with our vendors, including designers, insurance companies, etc.
— Prepare filings/service/court submissions
— Conduct research and edit draft documents from time to time

Experience supporting professionals in an administrative assistant, paralegal, or other capacity is a plus, as is a love of spreadsheets.
